Standard Terms of Service

Amanda Haynes, DBA “My Task Handler” provides services on a "Work-for-Hire" basis and the Client shall own all rights to the work in its name or otherwise.

I will:

• Employ best efforts to meet the terms of all agreements in a timely fashion
• Disclose the full price or estimate, including all fees and surcharges and timing of billing
• Communicate realistic service delivery expectations
• Inform the Client as early as possible in the event that commitments or deadlines will be unmet 
• Warrant that all work is original and has not been in the public domain or previously created, and that the work will be free of any unauthorized extractions from other sources
• Take reasonable precautions to prevent disclosure of Client’s confidential information, including but not limited to names, addresses and trade secrets
• Provide professional and competent staff to perform contracted services in the event that additional assistance or specialties are required
• Adhere to a strict code of professional ethics: Pervasive Integrity

Unless an approval process is specifically documented and agreed to by both parties, all services provided by "My Task Handler" to the Client will be deemed accepted when delivered.

The Client agrees to pay the specified rate as tasks are completed or at the close-of-business on the date services are performed, whichever comes first.

All services are provided as an independent contractor. You do not generally have to withhold or pay any taxes on payments to independent contractors. Please CLICK HERE to read the IRS requirements for ensuring an "Independent Contractor" relationship.
